A Portland native with a strong background in finance, Ebony has held diverse roles in retail banking, from frontline customer service to risk prevention. Now, as Operations Manager at Justice + Joy National Collaborative, she oversees everything from planning all-staff retreats to managing budgets and systems—all while advancing the organization’s mission to advocate for girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth of color.
Ebony is dedicated to fostering an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment, believing that collaboration and open communication are key to building a positive workplace culture. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating lasting memories, exploring all things health and wellness, and getting creative in the kitchen with new recipes.
