This new report takes an in-depth look at the experiences of girls involved in Ramsey County’s social services and community corrections systems.
Drawing on four years of data, it examines the individual and systemic factors shaping girls’ pathways through these systems—including running away, dual-system involvement, detention, incarceration, recidivism and identifies opportunities to strengthen support and improve outcomes for girls and their families.
