In May 2017, DRC and their authorized agent, San Francisco-based Youth Law Center, conducted the monitoring inspection, touring the facility and reviewing, isolation and solitary confinement, education and special education services, adequacy of medical and mental health care, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and related disability laws. This report captures their findings, recommendations and Frenso County’s response to DRC and Youth Law Center’s findings and recommendations.
