Services are provided in a range of settings from in-home and school-based early learning centers, to residential treatment, foster care placements, and re-entry juvenile justice programs, as well as community-based programs that provide intensive case management and wrap-around services for girls, young women, gender-expansive young people of color and their families.
Members of the family of agencies work collaboratively with each other and Justice + Joy on national research, communication, and advocacy efforts designed to improve the well being of girls, young women and gender-expansive young people of color through more effective policy and practices.
Each Crittenton agency is an independent nonprofit organization. All Crittenton agencies share a common commitment of support to, and belief in, the potential of girls, young women and gender-expansive young people of color impacted by violence and trauma.
